HOUSE RULES
Registered guests only.
Quiet hours 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; lights out in dorm rooms.
Checkout is 11:00am, $10 late check out fee may apply.
Cleaning is from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
To extend your reservation, text the front desk by 11:00 AM.
Be respectful, courteous, and considerate of other guests and staff.
Absolutely no drugs, alcohol, or smoking is allowed on the premises.
Guests are responsible for washing their own dishes and cleaning up after themselves.
No food or drinks in rooms; water or tea is okay.
Label your food in the refrigerator and cupboards.
Please use headphones with all devices.
When on a phone call, please speak quietly, being mindful of others in the space, or take your phone call outside.
Store personal belongings tidy and contained to your bed space and in 1 cubby.
Only sleep in the bed and room you’re assigned, additional charges will apply.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Do not use the kitchen after 11:00 PM, or before 7:00 AM. If you need to use the kitchen sooner than 7:00 AM because you are an early riser, please be mindful that other guests are sleeping - the noise/sound carries - and be as quiet as you can.
Please read and follow all of the house rules and signs on the walls.
Clean up after yourself in the kitchen; wash your dishes, and then put your dry dishes away. Do not leave dishes in the sink or the dish rack once they are dry. This is a communal living hostel. Each guest is responsible for cleaning up after themselves throughout the entire hostel.
Do not leave personal belongings in the bathroom.
Please be discreet when changing clothes in the bedroom around other guests, or change clothes in the bathroom. No nudity.
Maintaining good personal hygiene includes containing strong smells of tobacco and marijuana.
Do not move furniture.
Refrain from cooking strong smelling foods - i.e. fish.
Turn off all electronics; computer, heaters, lights, etcetera when leaving the room.
A guest may be asked to leave at any time, for any reason - i.e. being disruptive, rude, disrespectful, aggressive, or not following the house rules. Cancellation fees apply.
Reservations may be made and paid for by someone other than the guest.
Long term stay is over 2 weeks, and needs to sign a long term guest agreement.
Long term stay pays weekly.
We offer 15% discounts to veterans, first responders, seniors over 60, Mount Ashland ski resort employees, UBI students, and long term guests. Must present ID.
No Firearms, weapons, or illegal substances allowed.
We do not accept same-day reservations after 8:00 PM.
There are laundry facilities in the building, inquire for quarters.
Minors are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult - 7 years and up are considered an additional paying guest.
No pets allowed, ADA service animals must be well behaved, leashed, and in direct control of the owner at all times.
Any damage to hostel property will result in appropriate fines.
Maintain good personal hygiene.
We retain the right to refuse service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hour - Guests who cancel less than 24 hours before check-in (3:00 PM) including no-shows, are charged the first night of the reservation.
